The Problem
School information can become scattered across paper records, spreadsheets, and separate tools. Administration, teachers, and families need a consistent way to follow each student while keeping different schools’ data independent.
The Solution
EduVerse brings school setup, users, students, academic operations, and communication into a multi-tenant platform. Each school has its own workspace and settings, connected to teacher and student/guardian mobile applications.
The Impact
A shared source of school information helps reduce repeated entry and keeps administrative, teaching, and family follow-up connected. Schools can adapt the system to their schedules and expand within the same platform.
Behind the Build Technical approach +
Multi-tenant school environments: a central Super Admin workspace onboards schools, provisions principal accounts, and assigns dedicated school subdomains. Each school retains independent data, users, permissions, academic settings, and visual identity.
School workflows: role-based web workspaces organize students, staff, subjects, timetables, attendance, results, and behavioral follow-up. The supplied screenshots also show student fees and receipts, monthly reports, and homework indicators.
Web and mobile: teachers enter supported information through their app; updates are stored in the school’s data environment, appear for administration, and become available to authorized students or guardians. Notification infrastructure supports relevant school and student updates.
